Developed an ML model that can predict diseases based on at least 2 symptoms with an accuracy of 92%. This can be used as a primary prediction like a first AID, but not the confirmation, hence consultation is needed. To make ease of use I have integrated the model into a Full Stack Website and created as a product based.
